Really pretty pattern and luxurious wool. The colour you have chosen would be flattering for the older face as well as the younger one.

I have wanted to try knitting a mobius. I love all of the many different ways that it can be worn. The mohair will be a soft and elegant way to display all of the intricacies of the lace pattern as well as be a great way to stay warm. The color is so beautiful that I know it will look wonderful with so many different outfits. It looks beautiful and wonderful to wear.

What a great gift that would make!

Along with everyone else, I've been looking at knitting a cowl, and this is quite lovely. Felicitously, purple (or lavender!) is the Wee Monkeygurl's newest "favorite" color.

I saw a Mobius cowl at the Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool Festival this past weekend, only it was very dressy and knit with a slightly more lacey pattern, and a very expensive yak yarn--about the same weight, though. I bought the pattern, and now that I see this kind of yarn, I'm even more excited about it, since I see it can be done as a very dressy piece, or something one can wear every day. I think that the same could be done with the pattern here.

Wow, that is beautiful AND practical. I have a tendency towards sinus problems and sore throats, so neckwarmers are important to me, and this one is in my favorite color, too!
