What a difference the yarn makes!

And believe it or not, here is the same #70 Lush and Lacy Cardigan (as from Mimi F. below), but knit in a thinner Linen blend yarn!
This finished project from Beth G. of Rockwell, TX is just so different because of her yarn choice!
"I am attaching three photos of the Lush and Lacy Cardigan that I knit in Louet Euroflax for my daughter. She loves this sweater and gets lots of compliments on it. I have it posted as one of my projects on Ravelry at http://www.ravelry.com/projects/stashi/70-lush-and-lacy-cardigan. It has been selected as a favorite 33 times." -- Beth G. from Rockwall, Texas.
Beth used Euroflax ("The Euroflax is a little stiff when knitting, but softens up beautifully with great sheen and drape, especially after washing," says Beth.) in a color called Eggplant.
"Very clear, easy to follow Instructions. Many interesting features held my interest. Wonderful shaping for a great fit.
I first saw this sweater at the DFW Fiberfest in April 2009. A young woman was wearing it, and I actually chased her down to find out what pattern it was. I think she had knit it in cotton -- knew my daughter would love it!"
Thanks, Beth! I love seeing this in such a different yarn. The Euroflas makes it a very pretty, very lacy spring/summer piece! And the Eggplant color is such a vibrant, nice purple/lilac shade to brighten up an outfit.Click here to see other great Lush and Lace Finished Projects!
